Meet the Artist Behind ROGUE
I’m Ashley — hairstylist, colorist, and the creative behind ROGUE.
For more than a decade, hair has been both my craft and my creative language. My approach has been shaped by years behind the chair and an obsession with understanding the details that make hair feel right on the person wearing it.
I’m drawn to dimension, movement, balance, and color that looks as though it belongs to you. I don’t believe in recreating the same formula from one person to the next. Your natural coloring, features, texture, lifestyle, personal style, and even how much maintenance you actually want all inform the direction we take.
That philosophy is why ROGUE is intentionally one-on-one. I want the freedom to slow down, pay attention, and create without dividing my focus between multiple guests.
The goal isn’t simply beautiful hair. It’s hair that feels unmistakably yours.
My career began more than twelve years ago at a Redken academy, where I developed the technical foundation that still informs my work today. What started as a fascination with hair quickly became a love for the artistry behind it—the way color, shape, tone, and placement can completely change how someone looks and feels.
Since then, continuing education has remained an important part of my career. Training throughout New York City, New Jersey, and Texas has exposed me to different artists, techniques, and perspectives, allowing my own point of view to evolve along the way.
Twelve years behind the chair have taught me that great hair isn’t created by simply following a formula. It comes from experience: knowing what to look for, understanding why each choice matters, and tailoring those decisions to the individual sitting in my chair.
That experience is what shapes the work I create at ROGUE today.
